3 – 4 Course Menu:
• Appetizer and 3 – 4 course menu
• Sparkling wine followed by 6 – 8 wine pairings (2 wines per course)

Tapas Menu:
• 6 – 8 course tapas menu
• Sparkling wine followed by 6 – 8 wine pairings (1 wine per course)
